10. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Delivery timelines, shipping costs within and outside Greece, and courier policies remain exactly as defined by the COMPANY and displayed during checkout.

Defective products may be replaced within 3 months of receipt, subject to the conditions defined by the COMPANY.

12. INTERPRETATIVE PROVISIONS
